Knowledge Worker Productivity

Jim McGee has written an interesting article on knowledge worker productivity. He asserts that organizaitons need people who understand how to apply the most productive tools so that they can disseminate that understanding in their companies. The analogy that he uses is tool and die manufacturers who continually incorporate new productivity techniques into their products.
